Job Description:

A leading Company in the field of construction is in need of the Senior Quantity Surveyors.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for post contract administration including Valuations,

Variations, Rate Analysis, Claims, Sub-contractors’ payments and contractual related to the project.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from an accredited internationally

  recognized institution on University.

• Independently handling the residential/ commercial multi-story projects of magnitude

  above $75 Million.

• More than ten years experience and in which at least four years experience as a

  Senior Quantity Surveyor in reputable Contracting Company.

• Excellent communication in English.
