Job Description:

A reputed hospital in Kuwait looking for a  IT Support Specialist. 

Job Responsibilities:

= Recommend and/or perform upgrades on systems 

to' proactive maintenance.

= Follow the hardware standard operating 

procedures on updating and escalating tickets within 
companies' ticketing system

= Provide one-on-one client training on hardware 

equipment and desktop applications and/or protocols

= Assist employees with installation, 

configuration, on-going usability of desktop computer.

= Provide pro-active support for all hardware in 
the company’s offices.

Qualification Requirements:

= Bachelors Degree in MIS' IS/CIS/CS, Engineering

or other technical disciplines.

= A minimum of two years experience.

= Experience with Internet / Web (POP3, SMTP, HTTP. SSL
TCP/IP etc) is preferred.
