Job Description:
Leading telecommunications operator requires a dynamic Head of Sales to drive and take responsibility for the delivery of sales and revenue targets in Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities:
• Make sales calls; prepare contracts and correspondence with clients and suppliers as and when necessary.
• Plan and implement the strategy for sales and customer retention.
• Supervise the implementation of promotional campaigns; work closely with technical and operational staff to ensure that the business is well prepared for handling increases in traffic and any related complaints which may occur.
• Manage any other activities required to ensure that the business has an effective Sales and Marketing department which makes a maximum and positive impact on the business.
Qualification Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will also have a comprehensive knowledge of telecom products and services and a strong network of contacts within the business sector in Bahrain.
• The ideal candidate will have an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree with a demonstrable successful track record in sales and marketing.
• Sales prospecting, relationship building, effective presentation, influencing and negotiating skills as well as the ability to close sales.
