Position: Telephone Operator

Job Skills Required:
- Should have experience in same industry, minimum of 3 years.
- Should have good communication Skills & presentable.
- Should know basic English MANDATORY.
- Courteously greet the customer and give them the best customer service needed.
- Encode and forward customer’s concerns to authorized personnel that will further assist the concern of the customer.
- Give customer’s assistance by answering their inquires and other concerns.
- Ability to speak clearly and distinctly and to give information to the public in a pleasant and courteous manner.
- Transfer calls from to designated area or department.
- Inform customers with their billing information, unpaid bills and other important concerns.
