(2) Handling of oceanfreight routings from door to door. 
(3) Operationally sound to handle queries in a professional manner. 
(4) Relationship management & being One point contact 
(5) Escalation process awareness - ensure faster escalation. 
(6) Should be able to work under pressure. 
(7) Work towards total customer satisfaction & focus.

Skills

- Should have at-least one year experience in a recognized freight forwarding company. 
- Should be able to work on microsoft applications & Kuehne+Nagel IT applications.
