Job description
· Develop succession plans to provide Continuity in managerial positions in the Company.
· Interviews and assists in selection of employees to fill vacant positions.
· Review the human resources operational budget and controls expenses accordingly.
· Performs reference background checks on possible new candidates.
· Reviews and recommends the selections and placement techniques through conducting research and follow up activities and conferring with management and supervisory personnel.
· Develops and reviews employee performance evaluation techniques and reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
