Job description

• Coordinate with the rest of Sections to ensure the Department’s procedures, processes and systems are strictly followed; 

• Manage the Mail Room for the Department; 

• Liaise with internal and external parties for the smooth functioning of the Department; 

• Processing of month-end closing; 

• Manage filing systems and filing of documents; 

• Support typing and presentation preparation requirements; 

• Responsible for office maintenance and upkeep by liaising with contractors and the General Services Department; and 

• Other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.


Qualifications

• Job holder should possess a diploma/certificate with excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and Arabic. 

• Other related courses in Admin is an added advantage.
