A leading insurance company in Bahrain is looking for candidates for the post of Operations Officer.
Requirements:
> Applicants should be a BA degree holder.
> Preference will be given to candidates having degree in a finance based subject.
> Work experience of 2 years in a similar role will be a distinct advantage.
> Multilingual candidates highly preferred ( Arabic and English).
> Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
> Should be result oriented.
> Should be a responsible behavior personality.
> Should possess strong analytical skills
> Need strong administrative and coordinating skills.
> Preference to Bahraini citizens.
Responsibilities:
> Work with the authorities to ensure compliance with the local requirements.
> Compiles required reports on operations.
> Liaise with government for visas.
> Organizational reporting and monitoring.
> Office management and oversee all administrative functions.
> Prepares work schedules and assigns duties to administration personnel to ensure efficient operations.
