Job Description:
• Should be Graduate in administration with minimum
five years relevant experience as an Executive
Secretary.
• Diploma in Secretarial course would be ideal.
• Fluent in Reading, Writing and Speaking Arabic
and English.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of using
Microsoft Office tools.
• Should be proactive, organized with ability
to multitask and will be responsible for
office coordination, minutes of the meeting,
presentations, typing, filing, drafting professional
correspondences and assisting in other areas as
required.
• Preferably Qatar driving license holders.
