Job Description:
> Applicants should be a Civil Engineering degree holder from a Western University.
> Should be MEP experienced.
> Work experience of minimum 10 years experience in high-rise / residential construction is essential.
> Should be an Arabic speaker.
> Should have excellent commercial acumen.
> Applicants should belongs to 35 to 45 years of age.
> Applicants should be a highly organised personality with strong client relationship building and management skills.
> Applicants should be now in KSA.
> Need full understanding about the entire commercial side of projects from sales through to cost control.
