Job Description:-
Our client, a leading Middle East based commercial
bank is looking for a Country IT Coordinator to
join its expanding team in Qatar. The successful
candidate, who reports to the Head of International
Service Delivery and Support Department, has to co
-ordinate between branches and follow up on tasks
required by branches in order to ensure that they
do not exceed the time required for completion.
Qualification Requirements:
• At least three to four years of banking systems experience
in a bank in the GCC, though an additional IT
Infrastructure experience with networks and servers
will be a plus.
• University Degree in Computer Science, Business
Informatics, IT or equivalent, ideally with a
Microsoft certification.
• Co-coordinating between braches, Project co-
ordination capabilities, mostly project co-
ordination, following up on tasks.
• Banking systems experience is essential
preferably three to four years.
• Follow up on tasks required by branches and
requests, incidents, ensuring they do not exceed
the time required for completion.
• The role is a mix between co-coordinating and help
desk orientated.
• IT Infrastructure experience is a plus (networks,
servers).
• Bi lingual – English & Arabic.
