Alpha Flight Group Limited is in requirement of a Warehouse of Team Leader to be worked in Sharjah, UAE
Job Details:
•Verify the performance of the staff in the shift in regards of efficiency, compliance and safety.
•Organizing the training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
•Keep stock, stock control records by organizing and maintaining documents of materials received, requisitions, receipts, and issuing documents.
•Encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure store’s operation targets are met or exceeded.
•Advice the line manager on all matters relating to the supplies
•Ensuring that, sufficient levels of stock are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
•Minimum a Higher secondary or equivalent education.
•3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse and/or catering storage operations as a supervisor.
•Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
•Experience in ERP Inventory and stores modules.
•Strong planning and organizational skills
