JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification Requirements:

*Applicant must have a Degree (in Legal studies). 

*3 to 4 years of experience in Legal firm.

*Must be a bilingual.

Job Duties:

-Conduct legal research and review all new legislations and assess their impact on company business.

-Address and liaison with the legal registrars on developments.

-Contribute to the scrutiny of internal,external contracts ensuring their conformity to the civil and commercial laws of the state.

-Provide legal support and advice to all management functions pertinent to Starlink.
