Reporting to the GM, you will be solely responsible for all HR activities including planning, directing and coordinating HR management activities, e.g. manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation and benefits.

Qualification Requirements:

> You must have a recognized HR related Degree and a minimum of seven years HR experience (preferably within the UAE) within a multinational environment.

> You must have had previous experience in JAFZ and be very knowledgeable in both JAFZA regulations and UAE local customs.

> previous managerial experience essential.

> Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills a must.

> Western candidates preferred.�
