A leading company headquartered in Riyadh with branches kingdom wide is seeking to hire a lawyer to work at its headquarter in Riyadh.
REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should possess a Bachelor / Master Degree in law.
> Work experience of minimum of seven years in a similar position in the legal field with a proven record is needed.
> Fluency in English and Arabic both for writing and speaking is needed.
> Need familiarity with the Saudi legal system, specially arbitration law and arbitration procedures with regard to client-company disputes and contractual matters, is a plus.
> In case of non Saudis applicants must possess a transferable Iqama.
> Applicants should be between 35 - 45 years.
> Must be computer literate.
> Must be well organized and must have the ability and skill to work independently with minimum or no supervision.
> Need the team work spirit.
> Must be Arabic native speaker.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Handle all company legal and contractual affairs independently.
> Prepare documents to be submitted to courts of arbitration inside KSA and abroad.
