Job description
Assist in the development and training of the Developees. Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will assist in the training and development of engineers, Technicians, Operators, and other staff undergoing a comprehensive and structured competency development program. Theses competency development programs are based on the Company CAMS (Competence Assurance management System) and CAS (Competence Assurance System. Role: 1. Coordinate the Assessments and Observations of Developees. 2. Ensure the quality of assessment and verification process. 3. Close monitoring of Developees progression and recommend remedial action accordingly. 4. Liaise with Technical Trainers, Engineers, Technicians, Operators and Assessors in various issues related to CAMS/CAS policies. 5. Ensure that the CAMs/CAS graduates, technician and operators are attending the various courses as per schedule. 6. Work in close association with Technical Trainers, to ensure that the CAMS KPIs are met. 7. Play supportive role in SVQ Accreditation. 8. Perform the role of Observer where applicable. 9. Prepare presentations and associated material concerned with CAMS/CAS 10. Assist with induction programs of new employees, particularly under CAMS/CAS 11. Any other duties as directed by the Learning & competency Development Team Leader.
Qualifications
B.Sc. or equivalent
SVQ/NVQ Accreditations on Assessment/Verification, preferable
Very good standard of written and spoken English Language.
5 years experience of the Oil & Gas industry, with further 6 years related industrial experience
Computer literate
Good interpersonal skills
