Presently we have immediate requirements for “AC Engineer” for a Palace in Muscat, Oman.
 
Position: AC Engineer
Nationality: Indian
Location: Muscat, Oman 
Education: B.E/B.Tech (Mandatory)
Experience: 10+ years (Mandatory)
Salary: 900 OMR Gross (Basic+ HRA +Transport +Responsibility allowance)
Other Benefits: Family Status (visa, ticket & medical for wife+2 children (up to the age of 18) , Yearly basis
Contract: 2 Years (Renewable)
 
Note: No food + No Accommodation
         
 
Skills Required:

1. Responsible for all maintenance activities of Heating, ventilation & Air conditioning and Refrigeration Systems for the whole Palace and all associated buildings & locations.
2. Carry-out any breakdown immediately up to the satisfaction of Engineer and reporting to Project Manager.
3. Preparing PPM schedule as per manufacturer recommendations of Plant machinery and equipment's and as required and Reports, analysis DATA and makes recommendations for improving plants.
4. Knowledge and hands in experience on operation, maintenance and repair of centralized Air conditioned system, air cooled screw type liquid chillers, Air handling units chilled water system, Packaged units, Split package units, Industrial type split units, Variable refrigerant flow (VRV) units and domestic type units.
5. Knowledge of Kitchen Equipment's, BMS, AUTO CAD, AC Ducting Systems, TAB, COP
6. Knowledge of Equipment Inventory Control, Training of all Maintenance Technicians up to the standard, maintain HSE
