Job description
• Supervising and coordinating on-site engineering and related project activities such as equipment and material delivery, installation, operations, etc.
• Following up and reporting to the Engineering Manager and internal Clients (Retail Director, Operations,…) on completion, quality, safety and cost effectiveness of engineering activities
• Contributing to the definition of store standards and prototype solutions in coordination with space planning and corporate development, taking into account Country specific needs and engineering constraints
•Ensuring that Construction Management related documentation activities such as building / construction permits, safety manual, inspection reports, project records, financial accounting, etc. are in order
• Maintaining and updating project management plans (in Primavera or MS Project).
• Reviewing and supervising processing of claims and coordination and installation of Equipment & Fit out
• Consolidating budgets and forecasting cost of projects and coordinating the Work Plan, Material, Manpower Planning & Scheduling
Qualifications
• Experience in retail engineering project management.
• Project Management
• Analytical / Problem Solving Skills
• Team Leadership
• 8-10 years experiences
• English Must Arabic advantage
