Qualification Requirements:

= Experience of at least three yrs as HR Manager or HR Director.

= A bachelor’s Degree or preferably Master’s Degree in

HR management or business administration or related

= Commendable negotiation skills

= Highly organized

= A string personality with excellentcommunication skills in English and Arabic.

Main Responsibilities:

= Direct the Human Resource Department

= Execute HR standards

= Review standard operating procedures and 
manuals with management

= Mange senior level HR processes

= Plan and execute manpower planning
