The hotel, one of the best in the city has 270 bedrooms and 4 restaurants. Applicants must be currently working as a DIRECTOR OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE or similar, and be European. On offer is a salary up to USD4000 plus accommodation/or allowance, tax free, schooling, transport, food, medical and airline tickets.
