HEAD OF COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT 


Ensure the compliance with company standards and local labor and social law and services as link to the human resources policies of the mother company! Provide consultancy to the managers of the company/Responsible for the monitoring of the project management/Responsible for the compliance for using lT and telecommunication systems and equipment /Ensure the compliance with the company standards and local procurement law. Major tasks are, but not limited to: 


1. Leading of the unit disciplinary. 
2. Development of area of accountability. 
3. Managing of all course of business. 
4. Cooperation with all internal/external interfaces. 
5. Recruitment, employment and administration of local employees 
6. Managing of labor risks analysis and the results of them. 
7. Selection and negotiation of suppliers by defined criteria. 
8. Operating of the contract development management. 
9. Monitoring of using of computers and devices. 
10. Monitoring of data protection. 
11. Monitoring of IT security 
12. Delivers and supports Planning Process (EWP/BEP) 
for the assigned department 
13. Budget responsible! Controlling in assigned areas 
14. Preparing of wage and salary administration of the company 
15. Management of project status and reports 
16. Value Management within the assigned department 
17. Insurance monitoring 


Applicant shall provide a Masters Degree either in Business Administration or Commercial or Finance and shall proof not less than 10 years experience in an international logistic company, preferably in the aviation sector; project planning and reporting internal and external in accordance to international standards is a binding condition; English language required. Arabic an advantage.
