have previous experience in security guard training field. Candidate should be well versed in written and spoken Arabic/English. Lead the corporate training, development t 
efforts to the optimize effectiveness of the company, expatriate human capital. Negotiate and established with key policy makers the role of education, training development in 
the company. Work closely with the senior management to develop, design and implement high level strategic initiatives with impact on the company's climate, talent management
