Main job responsibilities are:
*Support the Managing Partner in the successful running of the Dubai Office
*Coordinating with the Head Offices in the UK.
*Perform the overall operations and management of the office.
*Office, IT & facilities management
*Human Resource administration
Requirements:
*Applicant must have Office Management experience (in Dubai), specifically within the DIFC
*Knowledge of DIFC processes relating to licences and visas.
*Experience of finance & HR administration.
*Expertise with DFSA and Legal Affairs preferred.
*Be a smart and presentable person
