Job Details:
*Receiving customer vehicles for service and repair jobs and raising repair orders on company's internal system.
*Greet and consult customers on service requirements
*Perform a thorough vehicle walk around inspection as part of the write-up, sell and up sell services well
*Undertake the additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an impressionable experience with the customer.
*Maintain customers updated on services, field
Requirements:
-Appropriate educational Degree is required
-At least 3 years of experience in an automotive dealership.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Ability to provide established standards of Customer Service through diagnostic ability and assessment of repairs/maintenance.
