Description: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receptionist and secretarial duties.
• Assists in organizing day-to-day logistics, including scheduling activities and travel.
• Supports project activities and assist in preparation of project reports.
• Download, prints, distributes and files e-mail correspondence as appropriate.
• Copy, distribute and fax correspondence, both electronically and in hard copies.
• Maintains project and corporate files.
• Sort, distribute and assist with incoming mail.
• Assist with office management and supplies replenishment.
• Assist the Project Managers and scientists in communication and correspondence with clients
• Coordinate travel arrangements including airfare, hotels and car rentals.
• Provide basic translation from Arabic into English and vise verse
• Supervise maintaining of the equipment and spare parts in the warehouse
• Supervise maintaining the procurement packages as per instructions or/and RC system.
• Supervise maintaining the warehouse and store keeper responsibilities.
• Other activities as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Four or more years of office experience.
• Fluent Arabic and Excellent English Excellence in verbal communication, writing, basic translating and editing skills
• Experienced user of Word, Excel & Outlook and Windows XP operation system
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle a number of assignments simultaneously.
• Transferable Iqama or National ID and valid driving license
LOCATION
