Requirements:

Applicant must be able (responsible) for setting Events & Catering menus, monitoring the quality of the products and service provided to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, managing the food and beverage provision for functions and events, as well as, managing the payroll and monitoring catering expenditures and maintaining stock levels.
