JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification Requirements:

•Applicant must be an Engineering Graduate.

•At least 8 years experience in Design Office.

•Extensive experience in site development, infrastructure and major building projects.

•Intensive experience in estimating construction man-hour (labor and equipment), labor rates, materials, preparation of tender documents etc.

•Work proficiently in Excel estimating sheets, AutoCAD.

•Be familiar with estimating tools such as Nomitech 'Cost OS' and Aspentech 'Kbase'.
