A fast expanding company in middle east is looking for a Barista / Coffee Server for its operations in Bahrain. Work experience of minimum 1 year in a similar environment is required. All the applicants should be between 21 to 32 years o age. Should be a pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
1 : Welcomes and communicates with every guests
2 : Enhance and gives information about the products by interacting with guests
3 : Guided by the vision and mission of Caribou Coffee
4 : Follow the commitment to service - Guests are always priority – everything else waits.
5 : Greets the guests
6 : Ensure the comfortable and clean environment of the guests.
7 : Delivers prompt service, quality beverages and products.
8 : Adheres to Caribou Coffee operational guidelines
9 : Coordinates with Managers regarding store policies, rules and regulations
10 : Coordinates with colleagues • Attends to guest’s needs
11 : Cleans and organizes the service area and locate the resources and product as needed.
12 : Performs cashiering
