Job Details :
* Managing cost database
* Presenting estimation department to the client.
* Looking after all projects from estimation and pre contract point of
view.
Job Requirements :
* Ten years experience with a PQS/ Cost Consultant.
* Degree qualified QS, with a quantity surveying degree.
* MRICS is an advantage but not essential.
* Knowledge of local rates is an advantage.
