Job Responsibilities:
To maintain and keep the structure or building in working order through maintenance and repairs.
Duties include pipe fitting, carpentry, electrical or mechanical equipment maintenance, installing new equipment and repairing walls, floors or stairs.

Education & Training
Technical Diploma/ or in mechanical or electrical fields
On-the-job training will be provided to become a fully qualified maintenance technician.
Experience
2-3 years experience
General maintenance and repair experience with accommodation, hotels, motels and others
Environment
Both indoor and outdoor, or may work within one building
