Architect:
job Summary.
Responsible for the development and design of buildings and other structures as per client needs and specifications.
01- Prepares and presents design proposals to the client.
02- Develops and initiates concepts into building images and plans that can be constructed by others.
03- Participates and monitors all phases of project development through the entire construction process.
04- Prepares building models, prototypes and supervises the preparation of bill of quantities for construction bid.
05. Visits site during construction to ensure the sub-contractor is following the design and using specified materials.
06- Develops the designated concepts and methods for the preliminary architectural designs of new projects.
07- Controls all the additional and modifications made on the preliminary designs as per the requests of the consultant.
08- Coordinates continuously with the consultant to obtain authorization for all the architectural designs at all stages of work.
09- submits the final architectural designs made to engineering department, and maintains contact in case of any inquiries or clarifications.
10- Reports to architect manager about all the progress of work and gets approvals for certain administrative requests.
Education: BS degree in Architectural Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of related experience
