Job Details:
The HR Coordinator will work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the smooth running of HR projects and operations, with the ultimate goal to contribute in the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations of the manufacturing plant, while assisting the HRBP in the implementation of strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements:
*Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
*Proficiency in MS Office, databases and HRMS systems
*Proven skills in all HR functions.
*Time management and organizational skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Good knowledge of the UAE Labour Law
