Job Description:
> Identifies, assesses, and prioritizes complaint calls on ATM service problems.
> Travels to branch locations and other areas where establishment ATMs are located.
> Respond to and services ATMs.
> Maintains ATMs in working condition by performing routine cleaning and checkups.
> Report complete and accurate information on service logs.
> Provides ATM status and service reports to management and recommends actions.
