JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Must have strong command in English both verbal and written. Preferably can
speak and understand Arabic.
- She must have exceptional knowledge of customer service principles.- Ability to
resolve customer issues, inquiries, complaints and all other customer transactions.
- Ability to think quickly and logically, paying attentively and ensure practical
response to customer.
- Ability to use “Positive Language” , with positive and cheery personality
- Ability to “Read customers” and with good interaction skills
- Must be goal oriented, knows how to work under pressure, with good work ethic,
willingness and have the initiative to do what needs to be done.
