•Manage independently the Finance and Accounts department of the Company.
•Oversee the issuance of IFRS complaint financial statements and MIS reports on a monthly /yearly basis.
•Support the decision making process at a senior level.
•Manage the cash flow and working capital of the company.
•Review / implement internal control systems / policies & procedures.
•Liaising with banks, financial institutions, auditors.
Requirement:
•Professionally qualified Accountant, preferably CA / CPA.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in similar managerial capacity.
•Working knowledge in an ERP environment is mandatory.
•Age : between 35 to 45 years.
