We are one of the reputed firms in Bahrain and currently required a Financial Controller for our corporate office:
Position: Financial Controller
Job Descriptions:
-Plan, direct and coordinate accounting, investing, banking, insurance, securities and other financial activities at the Corporate level as well including Subsidiaries
- Interact with Banks / Financial Institutions for Bank Guarantees, LCs & Short / Long term financing
- On a monthly basis conduct balance sheet reconciliation for review by the Board
- Analyse business performance / results, providing feedback to the Board.
- In conjuction with Directors source and identify financial providers.
- In conjuction with BoD, ensure that business cash flow adequate supports company work activities and produces optimal results.
- Ensure the effective management, monitoring and tracking of the investment and other reporting financial status as needs basis to the BoD.
- Identifying and proposing new investment opportunities and ensure the funds of the Company are controlled efficiently to improve the overall profitability.
Qualification:
CA / CPA / MBA qualification
Experience:
At least five years relevant experience as Financial Controller - incorporating analysis and a problem solving principles within a medium to larger organization, preferably multi-national
