Job Description:

We're looking to hire a Desktop support engineer as a full time for the entry level with the following tasks:

• One to two years hands-on experience of user support.

• Installation and configuration of software’s like Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista, 7), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office

• Have good customer communication.

• Excellent command on English language.

• Confident in troubleshooting user problems (Networking, hardware, printers, software’s).

• Basic general knowledge of windows servers and networks.

• Ability to limited configuration of routers and switches.

• Applicant must have a valid driving license and must be with his own car.

Full Salary package with all the benefits is 2500 (2000 Salary + 400 transportation + 100 Mobile) + extra gas expenses.
