JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification Requirements:

•Bachelors Degree in Finance, Finance Undergraduate Degree, MBA or CA preferred.

•2-4 years of experience in financial planning, management consulting, auditing and/or corporate finance environment. Real Estate Development financial acumen is a requirement.

•Excellent spreadsheet and computer modeling skills.

•Budgeting and management reporting experience, including the ability to organize, priorities and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping priorities and reprioritize as necessary in order to meet current business objectives.

•Knowledge in Accounting principles in the Kingdom of Saudi for private and public listed companies is an advantage.
