Agency Executive, UAE
Our client, a global insurance company is seeking highly qualified Agency Executive to join their team in UAE. The ideal candidate will be directly reporting to the Agency Director or Deputy Agency Director.
Responsibilities:
• Propose challenging budget objectives for the Agency Outlets.
• Demonstrate best practice in the daily implementation of competencies to meet targets.
• Implement the decided strategies and action plans, which will ensure their achievement.
• Direct, develop and coach Agency and Unit Managers to recruit and build a professional Agent sales force.
• Promote established synergies with Profit Centers to maximize the utilization of Agency Outlets and their impact on overall Company results.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of similar experience in a reputed multinational insurance organization in the GCC.
• Higher Education Certificate or University degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Successful track record in managing sales force(s); experience in Multinational Companies.
• Must be bilingual (fluent in Arabic & English); willingness to relocate.
