A well established Oil and Gas company is looking for a suitable candidate for the post of HR Officer to work with their crew in Bahrain. Applicants should be a University Degree holder a Business Administration or HR. Work experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar environment is required. Should be experienced in developing and implementing systems and procedures. Through knowledge about resourcing strategy and best practices is essential. Effective communication skills in English and Arabic is mandatory.
Duties Of This Post Are :
> Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for allemployees.
> Assisting in disciplinary actions that have legal or employee wide retention or morale issues.
> Reviewing turnover trends and ensure strategies are in place to manage unwanted turnover.
> Generate employee statistics reports and process monthly headcount reports and organization charts.
> Liaise with the compensation and benefits team to ensure that the company maintains its competitiveness in the market place.
> Attend Health, Safety and Environment meetings to organize HSE training to facilitate risk assessments, audits and emergency drills for staff.
