working with a global company in the
leisure industry and reporting to the Regional HR
Manager who is based in Dubai, you will have an
important role to play in the smooth functioning of
the company.
Job Responsibilities
• managing both the manual and electronic
administrative processes;
• overseeing the visa and labour card process for
new employees and their renewal;
• updating the HR Oracle database;
• supporting the HR audit;
• managing the medical and life policy
administration;
• providing support for the recruitment process;
• developing a strong relationship with the
European HR team and liaising with this team on a
daily basis;
Qualification Requirements
• preparation of letters and HR documentation in
both
English and Arabic as required;
• maintenance of employee files, both soft and hard
copy;
• acting as the first point of contact for general
employee
enquiries.
