JOB DESCRIPTION

Required by a tier one International Investment Bank.

Requirements:

*Strong deal sheet with exposure to the Power and Oil & Gas sector.

*Exposure to Project Finance transactions in the Gulf region from both an advisory and lending perspective.

*Broad skills in origination, structuring, deal analysis, client negotiation, execution and marketing and credit are critical.

Responsibilities:

•Analyze the characteristics and requirements of transactions and sources of finance.

•Act as day to day lead on Advisory mandates for major multi-sourced projects with key clients of the bank.
