Location of Job Manama - Bahrain
Job Description To be a pro-active and a dynamic person to manage the assigned markets, by generating growth, and developing the sales for the company’s products.
To ensure the customers are well looked after, given the best technical and commercial support, their orders are well managed, and set targets are achieved.
To develop contacts with the leading specifiers (Architects, Consultants, and Property Developers) with the aim of having the company products specified, and finally projects secured.
To identify new opportunities in the market.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile:
1. Candidate should have working experience in the field of Aluminium Extrusion industry or top quality building material industries or similar type of industries.
2. Should be with engineering back ground. (MBA will be an added advantage)
3. Open minded and willing to learn.
4. Computer literate and fluent in basic software such as Microsoft Office. Knowledge of other technical software such as AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
5. Fluent in English. Arabic and French are advantages.
6. Team player with a go getting attitude, with integrity, honesty, having initiative and drive.
7. Pleasant personality with mature demeanor
8. Well groomed with a neat appearance
9. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
10. Must be able to travel frequently
Non Managerial Reporting to Operation Manager and or Managing Director
Functional area:
1. Visit the markets on regular bases to keep in touch with our customers but also to get a feel for developments, trends, and leads on what is happening.
2. Make sure that our strategy and plans for the markets are achievable and inline with the realities of the market conditions.
3. Report on competition, key market information.
