A leading marine and dredging works contractor is looking for professional for the post of Senior Project Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
> Applicants should be bachelors’ degree holder in Civil or Marine Engineering.
> Possessing Masters degree will be an advantage.
> Experience of at least 10 years in managing “hands on” construction of marine projects.
> Will be responsible for planning and executing an approximate revenue of more than $50 million in annual marine construction (Quay walls, berths, rock works, dredging, piling works...) as the first in line decision maker.
> Should be capable for providing significant input into design and construction decisions for upcoming major projects.
> Having PMP Licensing will be an advantage.
> Need abilities for organizing workflow, assigning priorities, and devising strategies for successful outcomes.
> Oversee detailed project plans and appropriate equipment selection.
> Should be a strong & pleasant personality with proven professional track record in ability to delegate authorities to subordinates.
> Adept at project management.
> Should be aware about providing management, with periodic project status updates including schedule, cost and other significant issues.
> Should possess excellent interpersonal skills, specifically conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
