Our client a telecommunications organization is looking for a Marketing Product Manager of Fixed Voice Services to join its dynamic team in Oman.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a pricing strategy for products, perform sales and customer service training.
• Analyze competitors and the market for the positioning and design of a highly competitive product portfolio.
• Co-ordinate implementation of products between network and IT as well as customer service and suppliers.
• Monitor product performance in terms of uptake usage and customer satisfaction and make changes as necessary.
• Ensure product launch on time, maintain and control detailed specifications for new fixnet products and services within budget and specifications.
Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering, ideally have research and analysis qualifications.
• At least 5+ years telecom product management experience in a marketing capacity, having worked with Fixed Line products.
