A luxury hotel is searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of an existing outlet. The
responsibilities of the role include analysing and planning sale levels and profitability, creating and executing business
plans, staff development, setting and implementing budgets, planning and coordinating menus, and most importantly ensuring
the services and offerings commensurate with guest�s expectations. You will have three years experience in a similar role,
have strong practical experience in leading a team with a relevant qualification and have an understanding of creating and
