Job description
Participates as Senior Manager in the Corporate Management activities, including strategic planning, financial management and performance management.
Ensures the correct application of AGOC’s personnel policies and procedures that cover all types of leaves, educational assistance, marriage gratuity, family and housing allowances, etc.
Directs and supervises employee counseling activities. Includes discussing employees’ grievances with personnel officers and advising on best course of action.
Directs all recruitment activities - internal and external - ensuring that the requirements of business lines are met as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Advises department on handling employees’ grievances and disciplinary problems in line with individual complaints procedures to ensure compliance with AGOC policies, procedures and practices. Liaises with Legal / Industrial Relations on potential collective grievances. Recommends disciplinary actions to be taken against employees who abuse AGOC facilities and benefits.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Management from an accredited University and 12 - 15 years of experience with 3 years in a similar role in a large organization in Saudi Arabia.
