Qualifications
• University Degree preferably in HRM with a postgraduate qualification / certificate in Compensation and Benefits.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the industry, with 3-5 years in the petrochemical / oil and gas industry and at least 3 years in a senior managerial position.
• Knowledge of relevant compensation and benefits applications in the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
• Knowledge of International Assignment practices in the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
• Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures and regulations.
• Understanding of Borouge and its businesses.
• Excellent in spoken and written English.
• Consulting and coaching ability.
• Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Systems orientation in planning.
• Competence in relevant systems / tools.
