A well established insurance company which is based in Middle East has the vacancies for a Manager of Business Development & Personal Lines to join their crew in Bahrain. All the applicants should be a Master's degree holder in a related discipline. Related training work experience of 4 - 10 years in insurance in the GCC is required. Key duties of this post are :
> Enhance the level of services to existing clients in order to maximize cross selling.
> Establish marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and services.
> Develop, design, structure and market new products or services inline with Sharia'a principles.
> Assure continuity of cover for the existing clients and liaise with the business development department.
> Train and develop the business development team to improve productivity, know-how and quality of services offered to clients.
