JOB DESCRIPTION:
> Applicants should possess BSC (Mechanical, Electrical Chemical) Engineering or diploma (Tertiary) education in Production Management.
> Work experience of at least 5 years on high speed manufacturing equipment is needed.
> Minimum 2 years experience should be at a supervisory level.
> Previous knowledge of Tissue Manufacturing and understanding of FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) business will be an advantage.
> Need thorough knowledge of good Human Resource practices will be an advantage.
> Experience in leadership or supervisory capacity in a manufacturing environment
would be an advantage.
> Good leadership qualities in line with K.C Policies and practices are required.
> Should be fluent in Arabic and English communication.
> Should be a computer literate.
